If the cutter blade is not properly selected and not selected according to the mechanical configuration, it will fail to meet the requirements of the cutting target products. Circular cutting is the main way of cutting thick film, composite thick film, paper and other materials. The thickness of the cutting material is above 100um and the circular cutter is recommended.

2, the upper and lower circular cutting blades are widely used, mainly tangent and non tangent two. The tangent cutting is the material cutting from the tangent direction of the upper and lower two disc cutters. This kind of cutting is more convenient. The upper disc cutter and the lower disc cutter can be easily connected and adjusted according to the cutting width requirements. Its disadvantage is that the material is easy to drift at the cutting point, so the accuracy is not high, generally not used now. The non tangent slicing is that the material and the lower disc knives have certain wrapping angles, and the lower disc knives fall down to cut the material. This way of cutting can make the material not easy to drift, and the cutting accuracy is high. However, it is not very convenient to adjust the cutter. When the disc cutter is installed, the whole shaft needs to be removed. Circular cutter is suitable for slicing and thicker composite film and paper.

3. Round knife extrusion cutting is not very common in the industry. It is mainly composed of pneumatic cutting knife which is synchronous with the material speed and has a certain wrapping angle with the material. This cutting method can not only cut thin plastic film, but also can cut thick paper, non-woven fabrics and so on. It is a convenient way of cutting and a developing direction of the slitting machine.

4. In choosing the blade of the slitter which must be suitable for the machine, some users always pursue the imported blade one-sidedly and objectively, but neglect the blade which should be matched with their own model. In the absence of a clear distinction between the blade's application and its own use, it is considered that only imported blades are good, durable blades. In fact, whether imported or homemade, only suitable for product applications, is the right blade.

5. The quality of the blade is relative. The key to the cutting effect of the blade is its application. For example, improper application of imported blades will not have a good result, and domestic blades, if used properly, will also have a good effect.
